Our CAFFEINE-FREE coffee, sourced from Colombia, is decaffeinated using liquid carbon dioxide. The green beans are soaked in this pressurized and cooled liquid, where the caffeine molecule binds with the CO2. The carbohydrates and proteins are not affected in this method and the bean retains its flavour components.
